Terms and Conditions of EPIC Communications Inc.

1. Waiver of Client Standard Terms
   The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if they were created after these Terms and Conditions. Any deviations must be agreed upon in writing by both parties to be valid.
2. Payment Terms
   Unless specified otherwise on the invoice or the order, invoices are payable within 21 working days. EPIC Communications Inc. reserves the right to charge a fixed interest of 10% on overdue payments. Additionally, EPIC Communications Inc. may suspend services without prior notice if payment is late.
3. Debt Collection and Legal Expenses
   If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 60 days after the due date, EPIC Communications Inc. may engage a debt recovery service. Any associated legal fees will be borne by the client.
4. Withholding at Source
   In certain jurisdictions, tax withholding at the source may apply. Such withholding will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the tax authorities. EPIC Communications Inc. will not be responsible for any costs related to local tax laws. The full amount of the invoice is payable to EPIC Communications Inc. without any deductions.
5. Service Performance
   EPIC Communications Inc. is committed to delivering services in a timely and efficient manner, following the agreed timeframes. However, no obligations are guaranteed as "results-based," and EPIC Communications Inc. cannot be held liable for claims made against the client by any third parties.
6. Claims
   Any claims related to the delivery of goods or services must be reported to EPIC Communications Inc. in writing, via recorded delivery, within 8 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
7. Governing Law
   All contractual relationships between EPIC Communications Inc. and the client will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica
