Let's talk →How it reaches your building
Coverage decides the technology, not a menu.
LiteBeam and LTE Band 41 both serve the Wireless/LTE tier, but which one you get is set by line-of-sight and tower coverage at your specific address — confirmed with a site check, not chosen off a list. Wave 60GHz is a separate, dedicated link.
Fixed Wireless (LiteBeam)
A rooftop radio link back to EPIC's network — no phone-line or fiber dig required. Offered where line-of-sight to EPIC's towers supports it.
LTE Band 41
Carrier-grade mobile LTE spectrum, tuned for steadier throughput than consumer mobile data. Offered where LTE coverage is the better fit for your location.
Wave 60GHz
A dedicated millimeter-wave point-to-point link for the heaviest workloads — video, backups, multiple concurrent users — with a named engineer on the account.
