Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by EPIC Communications Inc (“EPIC”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using any EPIC service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
EPIC provides: Business Internet (LiteBeam, LTE, Wave 60GHz), VoIP Phone Systems, AI Agents (ACE), Odoo ERP implementation and support, IT Services, and LTE Connected. Specific pricing, coverage, and SLAs are set out in your individual Service Agreement.
2. Payment Terms
- Invoices due within 21 days of issue.
- Late payments accrue 2% interest per month on the outstanding balance.
- Services suspended after 30 days unpaid, with prior notice.
- Disputed invoices must be raised within 14 days to info@epic.dm.
3. Service Availability
EPIC targets 99.9% uptime for managed services. Not liable for outages caused by hurricanes, third-party failures, or client-side damage. Support SLAs are specified in your Service Agreement.
4. Fair Use — Internet
No data caps under normal business use. Prohibited: reselling bandwidth, spam/phishing operations, illegal content, or use degrading service for other clients.
5. VoIP & Phone Numbers
Numbers remain property of the NTRC of Dominica. Client responsible for all calls from their extensions. EPIC not liable for fraud from client-side security failures.
6. AI Agent (ACE)
ACE is a software-as-a-service platform. No specific business outcomes guaranteed. Client responsible for ensuring ACE content complies with Dominica law. EPIC may update the platform with reasonable notice.
7. Odoo ERP
EPIC provides implementation and support. The Odoo software is licensed by Odoo S.A. under the Odoo Enterprise License. Client data remains the client's property. EPIC not liable for accounting errors, tax filings, or compliance decisions made using the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
EPIC retains IP in all custom configurations and content it creates. Clients retain ownership of their own data and business information.
9. Limitation of Liability
EPIC's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or business interruption except where caused by EPIC's gross negligence.
10. Cancellation
- Month-to-month: 30 days' written notice to info@epic.dm.
- Fixed-term contracts: Early termination fees apply per your Service Agreement.
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due on termination.
- Odoo data export provided within 30 days at no charge.
11. Data & Privacy
EPIC processes client data per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell client data to third parties.
12. Disputes & Governing Law
Disputes resolved first by good-faith negotiation (info@epic.dm), then mediation/arbitration in Roseau if unresolved after 30 days.
13. Changes to These Terms
Material changes notified at least 14 days in advance by email or WhatsApp. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
